Danny is a graduate of York University in Toronto with a degree in Computer Science. He spent six years in the computer industry while at the same time, forming joint ventures to purchase and manage small to medium size apartment buildings. He purchased his first investment property at the age of 21. In 1987 he left the computer industry and started brokering apartment building transactions.

In 1989 he formed Skyview Realty Ltd. as a principal broker. He has personally brokered well in excess of 500 transactions. He has built a team with systems and processes aided by state-of-the-art technology that virtually gets information into the hands of qualified buyers within hours of getting a go-ahead to market the property.

Danny's membership in various landlord associations that are directly related to his area of expertise keep him abreast of shifts in the industry. As well as being a member of the landlord associations, he was also on the Board of Directors of the Multiple Dwelling Standards Association (MDSA) and has been involved in the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA), and Fair Rental Policy Organization (FRPO). Danny currently serves on the Political Coalition committee for the Hamilton District Apartment Association (HDAA).

Danny is totally committed to an industry that he loves and is passionate about. He has built relationships over the years based on integrity, trust, and devotion to the multi-unit residential industry. He enjoys providing his extraordinary experience and his extensive knowledge to assist purchasers and vendors in choosing from the various alternatives in the marketplace. Danny's expertise stems from his involvement in the ownership and management of his own investment portfolio of buildings in Toronto, Oshawa, Barrie, Hamilton, Niagara Falls, Welland, and London.

Danny's long term charity of choice since the early 1990's is the REENA Foundation, a non-profit social service agency dedicated to integrating individuals who have a developmental disability into the mainstream of society. Danny has previously served as chairman of the board of REENA Batay - the housing arm of the REENA Foundation - and regularly contributes his resources and knowledge to furthering their cause.

As a young person, Danny's passion was soccer and today he continues to provide annual scholarships to York University for male and female athletes involved in York's soccer program. He also supports the entire Skyview Team's annual toy drive for the benefit of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Centre in Toronto.

Danny's role on the team is to manage the entire process of selling properties from A-to-Z. His expertise in building evaluations, industry knowledge and contacts, and his negotiating and problem solving skills allows the Skyview team to be a leader in this unique area of real estate.
